Motorola ME632 work on GSM network, it support for 2G and 3G network. On 2G network, it work on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 while for the 3G network, it work on HSDPA 850 / 1700 / 2100. This smartphone using Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread) as the operating system. The dimensions of Motorola ME632 is 119.5 x 62 x 11.7 mm with weight about 130 g. For the display, Motorola ME632 using TFT capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors, the screen resolution is 480 x 640 pixels, as same as Motorola Admiral XT603, the screen wide is 3.1 inches. On the data storage, Motorola ME632 has similar features with the Motorola Admiral XT603, it support for external memory card using microSD card, the maximum space recognized by the system is up to 32 GB. Besides the external memory, it also has 4 GB internal memory to store your photos, videos, and other files. To make the system working faster, it also equipped with 512 MB of RAM.

On the camera, Motorola ME632 has 5 Megapixel camera with resolution up to 2592 х 1944 pixels. Some features that are pinned to this camera including auto focus, LED flash, and Geo-tagging features. Not just take a photo, the camera also support to record the video. The Motorola ME632 system is supported by 1 GHz CPU.
